Saddle bag for walker

Have you ever had reason to use an assistive device to help you walk?  While none of us want to be activity restricted there may be times when it is necessary to use a walker. But… how do you manage the walker, a tote bag, a purse, your cell phone, etc with two hands?

I recently had a hip replacement and needed to walker to get around but I had no way to manage the walker, a tote bag, my purse, book, cell phone and a variety of other items.  I was always frustrated. My answer was to design a custom, side- positioned “saddle bag” for my walker.  If you have ever noticed, most bags/totes used on walkers are on the inside or outside of the front bars. Our saddle bags fit inside or outside of the side bars which are easier to reach.

The bags are handmade to fit the average walker’s measurements but can be made larger or smaller as need be. They are available in a variety of patterns, fabrics, and colors with 3 to 6 pockets. The pockets are padded and have snaps to protect your valuables. Saddle bags are hand washable in cool water and line dried using a hanger. 

Although we hope you only need the walker for a short time, while it is needed, the saddle bag is a life saver.

Refund Policy

  • Customer bears shipping charges both ways. 

For personalized and custom-made items: 

  • ALL sales are final unless there is a defect in my workmanship and then I will certainly replace the item at no cost to you.  
  • If there is an error, please notify me THE DAY THE ORDER ARRIVES. I try to be fair and hope you will be too.
