Shipping Policy
Most orders purchased from my Etsy Shop (Jewelry, Cards, Candles) are shipped from Artcetera in Boulder, CO within 1-5 business days. Shipping method is at the discretion of the seller. My usual method is USPS first-class mail. Processing times and shipping charges are stated separately in each listing at www.ArtceteraGallery.etsy.com. Expedited shipping options are available for most items. All shipments are insured by Artcetera.
All items purchased from my Fine Art America Store (Art Prints) are shipped by Fine Art America, according to their shipping policies and timetable, as stated on their website.

Your satisfaction is very important to me. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know and we will work something out. I will accept product returns/exchanges on regular, in-stock merchandise within 14 days of the date of purchase for a refund of the product price or exchange of merchandise. Returns and refunds are not available on custom and special orders. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Refunds/exchanges will be processed upon the return of merchandise. Refunds/exchanges are for the price paid for merchandise only. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
